SuperMush Daily Creatine Gummies: Strange Little Things

Have you ever tried creatine gummies? They’re strange little things. Their consistency is not like you’d probably expect; aka, they’re not like a gummy bear.

I describe them to family and friends as a sandy/grainy fruit snack. And if you’re like some of my family members that take creatine daily, then they’re an interesting proposition.

And SuperMush is probably the best ones out there with their natural, high quality ingredients.

How Do You Like Your Creatine?

Last week I highlighted how Momentous’ Creatine Chews are better than Bucked Up’s Creatine Gummies. Without a doubt I go for SuperMush’s Daily Creatine Gummies over Bucked Up’s ones too.

However, I still choose the chalky creatine tablets from Momentous over the sticky SuperMush creatine gummies. The taste and texture I got used to in a few days with the tablets, where the gummies are still a struggle after double the amount of time.

(To be fair though, I still prefer a small scoop of creatine powder in my morning protein shake the most.)

What do you prefer? I’d love to hear which creatine product you use daily, and your why behind it.

The $1 Rule

I’ve shared in past articles how I don’t like spending money on supplements and vitamins. They have their place, but I strive to get all the nutrients my body needs through the food I eat.

With that being said, some are more than worth their cost because of the genuine benefits they offer.

My wife, like many women, has an iron deficiency. The effects of taking an iron supplement are night and day. Her hair, fingernails, and energy don’t just get a nice pick me up, they’re closer to a healthy range that makes a serious difference day-to-day.

BUT pricing still makes it hard for frugal people like us to justify. Due to this, we created the $1 Rule.

Does the supplement cost $1 or less per day? If it’s more or less than $1, does the price at least match its value?

Hopefully this basic guideline helps you to prioritize your long term health like it has for us. Customize it to your budget, lifestyle, goals, etc.

For my wife, her iron pills are $0.03 per day. Compare that to the good it does her, and it’s a no brainer. A monthly $62 rock climbing gym membership, broken out by day, is $2.07. For me, that’s an incredible value for the physical and mental benefits.

How does SuperMush stack up with the $1 Rule?

I have to give it to them for hitting a solid price point with how great their ingredients and gummies are.

Assuming you use their Subscribe & Save model, a 30-day package of their Daily Creatine Gummies costs $1 a day. If you purchase their 90-day package, that averages to $0.80 per day! Worth it!

The Recap

First and foremost, I recommend you try some of the different creatine products out there. Tablets, gummies, powder, etc. Find what form you prefer to take your creatine.

From there, look for a company like SuperMush that uses quality, top tier ingredients that are tested and verified.

Finish the process by using the $1 Rule to find the best priced option that offers you the most value.
